About

A small team, a big inbox

RunninParis is built and maintained by a small independent team in Paris. We do not have a customer support department — every message you send is read by one of the people who actually writes the code, picks the streets to score, and runs the routes themselves. That has trade-offs. We will not always reply within an hour. But we will read every word, and the most useful messages directly shape what we ship next. The roadmap is genuinely driven by what runners tell us.

Concretely, what we receive through this form and through Instagram directly feeds the roadmap. A mis-scored street flagged last week, a new open data source someone found, a feature request that comes up three times — these messages translate into app versions shipped in the weeks that follow. The form is short by choice: we ask for your email only so we can reply, never to sign you up for anything. We do not run a newsletter and do not add anyone to a list.
